George Powdrith found guilty on an indictment for being at large in the Kingdom having been found guilty at the Quarter Sessions for Surrey on 9th January 1770, for stealing a hempen sack (valued at 2/-) and 4 bushels of Peas (valued at 12/-), the property of Charles Horton in the parish of St George the Martyr, Southwark on 23rd October 1769 and sentenced to transportation.
